My Sweet B

Boston turns 6months on the 23rd and I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have my sweet little boy. He brings so much joy to our lives and there is never a dull moment. We are always smiling and laughing at him. He now can roll over both ways, grab anything and everything, sit up (with a few falls) eat baby food or anything soft and tries his hardest to drink out of a big boy cup. He loves any and all foods; there hasn't been one thing I have given him that he hasn't eaten. He loves to play with water bottles his dog rattle, his dog that barks (thanks Amy), his bubble books and anything with a wrapper. Well, he will play with anything you give him. He loves to bounce weather it is in his exersaucer or your arms he will bounce as much as possible. Yet I still can't figure out why I don't have arms of steel. He has just started to be able to scoot himself in a complete circle but can't figure out forward or backward. Let's just say he never stops moving I can hardly sit down anymore and he always has to be moving or entertained with something. I dedicate every waking moment to my son and love every bit of it. He loves when daddy comes home and greets him with a big smile. He loves to spend most his time outside and loves to play games with us while daddy holds him in the Bjorne of which Boston loves to be in. He is not a big fan of his car seat but if the moment is right he will fall asleep and enjoy it. He loves to laugh when mommy laughs and loves to be tickled. He smiles the most when we make kissy faces and sounds at him. He loves sounds.

Boston loves his bath time and has now figures out how to lift him self up to stand which makes for a hard time washing him cause he doesn't have a firm hold but it's enough to fight me on getting him to let go.
He has only had vegetables for baby food. I just give him fruit in his mesh feeder. This is him after eating peas. He loves apples. He loves food.

When in doubt I can always but him in the laundry basket with some toys and he is set to go and as happy as can be.
He has no teeth yet but I always wonder if he is working on them cause he has his moments. He still wakes up in the middle of the night but we are working on that. When he wakes up in the morning he wakes me by pounding on the mattress and always has a smile when I go to get him. Oh ya and he loves to sleep on his belly. I can't break him of that but its so cute he looks like an angle. Well I think that is almost everything.
I am so blessed to have him and love him with all my heart. We love you Boston.

What a cute guy! I'm glad to see you tried the laundry basket trick. You should try a bath seat (I have one if you want to borrow it). It keeps them sitting in the big bath tub. And don't worry about him sleeping on his belly. If he's old enough to roll over, you don't need to keep him on his back.

Makell/David - Ok, so I blog stalked and found your link from Serity and Rick's blog, and wanted to say hi.

It was fun to look through some posts and see a little bit of what you guys have been up to. You seem happy, and that little Boston is adorable!!
